15 Days Refund Policy – No Questions Asked

We are proud to offer its kind return policy for the first time in Pakistan. We send your main perfume bottles along with an additional 6ML pocket carrier and two different 2 ML freebies. It is advised to use the pocket carrier before opening the main bottle. If you don’t like it you can return it and get a full refund – no questions asked.

• This policy only applies to main products.
• This policy is only applicable if the main bottle is unused.

• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
